PROFESSOR CHUKWU IN COURT TO QUASH HIS SACK FROM PUBLIC SERVICE IN 2008 Governor Elechi’s candidate for 2015 guber election in Ebonyi state has approached a federal high court in Abuja to quash his sack from public service to enable him stand for the coming election. Professor Chukwu was indicted 2008 by a committee headed by Hon. Nwachukwu under the leadership of the former speaker of the State House Assembly Rt. Hon. Nwankwoegu, and was subsequently sacked by Governor Elechi for misappropriation of fund and sacking of resident doctors. While Chukwu is court, another group of lawyers have approached another court praying the court to disqualify Chukwu from contesting the coming election having been previously sacked from public service for over corrupt practices.
