PROFILE Heres the story ... Although Im now using the name Carol my name is actually Jill. Some FB friends also know me as J.P. I no longer appear here as Jill in order to stay under the radar of those that might attempt to hack my account as they have done before. If youve been with me for awhile you know that I am a passionate fan of music especially that from the 60s and early 70s. I am a record collector with a modest but growing stash of great vinyl lps and 45s most of which are original pressings from that aforementioned era. I am a lover of dogs particularly the small breeds and contemptuous of cats. I am political, supporting personal freedoms and opposed to any and all government intrusion into our private lives and businesses. I describe myself as libertarian/conservative. I always vote but Ive never cast a ballot for a democrat candidate, not locally or not nationally. I am entirely opposed to the ruinous and reprobate leftist /progressive agenda and everything and everyone associated with it. I have no use for religion in any shape or form but neither am I an atheist although people seem to think of me as being one. Ive always loved books and have more non-fiction titles in my library than I have fiction. For the most part I try to keep my FB page fluffy, fun and kitschy. Ill occasionally slip and expose my political or cultural biases but for the most part I manage to keep it ginchy. Im especially thrilled and delighted that a number of my musical heroes are in my FB friends circle and a part of my FB world.
