PROFOUND TEACHING FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT ABOUT THE ESSENCE OF PRAYER, WORSHIP, AND THE STUDY OF GODs WORD – About some spiritual operations of God!!!! Please ensure to read the scriptural references too!!!!! These are some of the reasons why the Lord Jesus commanded us to pray always and to pray without ceasing, whether for ourselves or for others or for the establishment of Gods Kingdom. (Luke 18:1; Eph. 6:18;1 Thess. 5:17; 1 Tim. 2:1) 1) He taught me that for believers (who are striving for God’s righteousness and holiness, NOT those who are still playing with sin), there is a purification/cleansing/sanctification process of our souls, spirits and bodies that take place in the spirit realm while we pray, worship God or meditate on His word. (John 17:17; Eph. 5:26; Ezek. 36:25) 2) He taught me that if we have committed sin intentionally, we must repent of them, ask for forgiveness, be washed in the blood of Jesus (by the Lord God) and receive forgiveness before the purification process can begin when we are praying, worshipping or meditating on Gods word. (1 John 1:9; 2:1-2; 1 John 3:18-22). Genuine repentance is key to the commencement of the purification process (Psa. 51:17, Matt. 6:12,14,15; Matt. 5:23-24)). 3) He taught me that the purpose of the purification process is to rid us of all spiritual filthiness that may have attached themselves to our souls, spirits or bodies during the course of our day probably through our interactions with people, through foods we eat, through clothes we wear, through things that our eyes see, through thoughts that come into our hearts, through things that we hear, through common everyday things that we use, etc, which occur due to the activities or manipulations of the agents of darkness all around us. The Lord Jesus is in total control of all that, He always ensures that we are well cleansed and delivered as we come to Him in prayer, worship and fellowship with His word. This is why we do NOT need to be so concerned or conscious about the activities of demons all around us except we are specifically notified or alerted by the Holy Spirit about a particular situation, and it will not be to make us afraid and in turn scare others, but so that we can take authority over them through our faith in Christ and save someone else. We only need to ensure that we always come to Him in prayer, worship and fellowship with His word. The Apostles DID NOT pay undue attention to demons around them. Demons and their activities are subject to us. Look at the way Apostle Paul treated the viper that crawled on his arm. He didnt go singing and shouting about demons. He just simply exercised his authority and faith in Christ without even saying a word. FINISH!!(Acts 28:3-6) • And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:18-20 NKJV) • And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” (Mark 16:17-18 NKJV ) 4) He further taught me that in the spirit realm, the Lord Jesus carries out this purification process with water (which signifies the word of God in our own eyes) from the pure River of the water of life that flows from the throne of God as we come to Him in prayer, worship or in fellowship with His word. (Rev. 22:1) • “So that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the WASHING OF WATER WITH THE WORD, That He might present the church to Himself in glorious splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such things [that she might be holy and faultless].” (Ephesians 5:26-27 AMP) • “Then will I sprinkle CLEAN WATER upon you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleanness; and from all your idols will I cleanse you.” (Ezekiel 36:25 AMP) • “For everything God has created is good, and nothing is to be thrown away or refused if it is received with thanksgiving. For it is hallowed and consecrated by the Word of God and by prayer.” (1 Timothy 4:4-5 AMP) • “Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; THERE IS A RIVER, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.” (Psalms 46:2, 4-5 KJV) • “For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto LIVING FOUNTAINS OF WATERS: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.” (Revelation 7:17 KJV) • “And he showed me a PURE RIVER OF WATER OF LIFE, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.” (Revelation 22:1 NKJV) • “I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should KEEP THEM FROM THE EVIL ONE. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.” (John 17:15-17 NKJV) • “Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those WHO COME TO GOD through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” (Hebrews 7:25 NKJV) • “Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,” (Jude 1:24 NKJV) • “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (Romans 12:1-2 NKJV) OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST is extremely dependable, reliable and trustworthy. You can put all your eggs in one basket in Him alone and go to sleep. He will never leave nor forsake us if we stay steadfast in Him till the end. HE NEVER FAILS!!!!!!!!
