NOTE: For projects above Sh5Million. - Kindly download the project registration form from our website and fill/complete it. - Once filled/complete, attach a copy of a document showing the TOTAL COST of the project. This could either be a Contract Document, a Letter of Award or an Agreement Form. Also, attach the Contractors Certificate of Registration and a copy of the agreement between you and the contractor. - Surrender the documents to our Office. - We will then evaluate these documents and once done, we will send you a Levy Notification Letter indicating the amount of levy you are required to pay. - When you subsequently pay the levy, we will issue a Certificate of Compliance that will contain your Project Registration Number. NOTE: For projects below Sh5Million. - Fill/complete the project registration form. - Attach documents that indicate the projects TOTAL COST. - Attach the Contractors Certificate of Registration and also a copy of the agreement between you and the Contractor. - Since levy is not collected on projects below Sh5Million, once evaluation is complete, we will issue a Certificate of Compliance. For more clarification, do not hesitate to communicate.
