PROJECT WISHBONE : THANKSGIVING TRADITION Encouraging people to donate directly to Helpline or Fishline for the holiday season. In years past we have participated in Operation Wishbone. However, if you donate cash directly to the food bank, they are able to purchase three times more food directly from wholesale suppliers. Your donated dollar goes further! You may place a check for Helpline or Fishline in the offering plate, and we will forward those donations togeth-er from our congregation. Or they may be sent directly to: Helpline, 282 Knechtel Way NE, Bainbridge Is-land 98110 Fishline, 18916 3rd Ave NE, Poulsbo 98370 Every donation, whether food or funds, is greatly appreciated and directly helps the peo-ple in need right here in our community. As part of our Youth in Missions Outreach helped sort and stock the shelves at Helpline as the food came in from the food drive at local stores. The next food drive is November 9th from 2 to 6 pm, handing out leaflets at Safeway on the island.
