PROMOTER’S POINT, JANUARY 9, 2015 The historic Mottville Speedway will make racing history again in 2015 as we become the first track ever to offer not one, not two but THREE DOUBLE PAY NIGHTS FOR DRIVERS WITH PERFECT ATTENDANCE! Yes, that right each of the 4 regular classes-Sportsmen, Mini Stocks, Mini Thunder Cars and Hornets will have 3 double pay nights for drivers with perfect attendance up to and including that date! The dates are almost firmly set but the first round will start in late June and into early July. The 2nd round will be August and the 3rd and final round will be late September and early October! We may well lose our shirt on this but we are going to do to reward those drivers who support us the most! I wish I could announce the actual dates but the hold up is in finalizing the 2015 schedule. Right now we have the Super Mods scheduled for two shows and that is it for outside traveling shows. I am going to wait no later than February 1 and then just announce the dates and we will go with the schedule we have. Ladies Powder Puffs, Kid’s Quarter Pitches and Autograph nights will be included! Plus writing pens for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day plus trophy nights! No, still no proposed written rules yet from David Watson! I am as eager as anyone to see them! I still feel the basic question is-do we have enough Karts for both a 4 cycle class and a 2 cycle class? I am feeling fairly confident on enough for a 4 cycle class but I am not hearing much from 2 cycle people! Any 2 cycle karters out there that are interested in running the historic Mottville Speedway in 2015? Staff openings: We have track crew and someone to learn announcing to act as an assistant announcer. If interested message me. These are volunteer positions and you get in free and get concessions for half price. Yesterday I ordered the Track Champion Jackets from Hoosier Racing Tire for our 5 track champions so banquet time is getting closer! Here is what is open for the banquet sponsorship trophies!
