Obama cannot say what his strategy is. He has one, he just cant tell us. A poker player doesnt tell his opponent what his strategy is... ever. But to assume that Obamas strategy would be positive for the United States would be more than a little naive. Obama is on record for having said that if things get ugly he will side with the Muslims.
