PROS : quick and efficient knowledgeable staff and great customer service reasonable prices CONS : none! OVERALL : So our water heater decided to die at 830pm on a Sunday (ugh). We checked Yelp for local plumbers and called for quotes. The Drain Guys were about $200 less than their competitors and the person we spoke with on the phone was very helpful and courteous. We were able to get a new water heater installed (along with a new pipe connection - double ugh!) the next morning. We were very impressed with the customer service and knowledgeable staff. The plumber (Danny) arrived on time, was super friendly and worked quick and efficiently. We paid via CC and was mailed a receipt a couple days after. Most importantly, we dont feel as if we got ripped off (which is usually the case with emergency repairs such as this). Great service all around! We will definitely use The Drain Guys next time (though we hope it wont be for a long, long while!).
