PROTECTING THE WORKING CLASS As I have written so many times of the corruption between big business and Unions and our government . I believe I can sum it up. Our lawmakers have allowed safety to be misused to cover up discrimination ,negligence, Criminal Negligence, Recklessness. I couldn’t understand why the NLRB would allow Tom Marshal the Union lawyer to break the Landrum Griffin act. I couldn’t understand why Federal Judge Thomas J. Marten would try to run me off and shut me up. He allowed Kellogg’s and Tom Marshal to get away with all these laws broken. I couldn’t understand why the NLRB wouldn’t prosecute the Union and get OSHA involved and investigate. I couldn’t understand why all our lawmakers have allowed all these laws broken. The bottom line I have concluded is this is our law makers have allowed Kellogg’s and probably all businesses across our nation to use safety as an offense to force their employees. When every they are involved in an accident to sign all their legal rights away and subject the employee involved to give a speech on safety and accountability as a agreement of employment. I haven’t found any laws on this tactic .since my case may be different for the fact involving the minority in my case was intimidated into signing all his legal rights away. In a free country I have never heard of a reason an employee is forced to sign all their legal rights away . I refused to sign my rights away and I also refused to be labeled unsafe… This has to be the reason our lawmakers have ignored my many request to have our labor laws enforced. Once again I am asking for anyone to contact their state representatives. Demand that NLRB, UNIONS and Federal Court be accountable for up holding the laws in this nation.
