PROTEIN is the building block of everything in your body, along with WATER....If you dont get enough of these in your body, it will not be able to regenerate properly and your body will deteriorate slowly causing you to AGE FASTER! Next important macro is FATS, every cell wall in your body is made from HEALTHY FATS, if you are not getting enough, then your cells are literally falling apart. THEN WE GET TO CARBS - These are the least important macro- nutrient, BUT it doesnt mean, we dont need them! CARBS are transformed into glucose - fuel which your body can use for energy. If you partake in intense exercise or weight lifting, carbs are very important as they will fuel your body.....IF YOU DONT REALLY EXERCISE, THEN THEIR ISNT MUCH NEED FOR EATING CARBS FROM STARTCH - ONLY FRUITS AND VEGGIES
