Para kang nasa war zone kahit wala ka naman sa giyera. By God’s wisdom and design, hinayaan Niya tayo na mabuhay nang magkakasama sa iisang mundo. Hindi tayo nakatira sa tag-i-isang planeta gaya ng istoryang The Little Prince, kung saan ang bawat isang tao ay mayroong sariling planeta. God also designed that we are born into a family. That we grow up in a community, and we work with others. Kahit nga ang mga freelancer kinakailangan ng iba pang katrabaho para ma-accomplish ang kinakailangang magawa. Mahalaga ang cooperation. We need to be able to work with other people in an effective way. Ang sabi nga ni George Matthew Verity, may ari ng isa sa pinakamalaking steel companies sa America noong 1900s, "Cooperation is spelled w/ two letters - WE." How do we foster cooperation and collaboration in the workplace? There are three stages of cooperation. Coming together. To be physically together does not make you one team. Nasa loob nga kayo ng iisang opisina pero hindi naman kayo nag-uusap at halos walang pagpapalitan ng ideas. Coming together is just the beginning of cooperation. Staying together. This is the next stage. When you are able to accept your differences – in workstyles, personalities, interests and opinions, and you still choose to stay together, then you are making progress. Working together. When you are able to work, create and produce something together, then you have truly cooperated. That is success. Masasabi mong nagtagumpay na nga kayo dahil sama-sama mayroon kayong mga goals na naaabot at plano na naipatutupad. Psalm 133:1 is a beautiful picture of cooperation, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!” Mabuti at nakatutuwa na maging bahagi ng kumpanyang mayroong pagkaka-isa. Play an active part in fostering the value of “WE” in your company. BE A BLESSING IN THE WORKPLACE TODAY!
