PROVINCE : SABC AUCKLAND PARK POSITION : ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (INTERN) REPORTING LINE: OD MANAGER: Main purpose of the position:- An opportunity exists for an intern to join our Organisational Development team and be exposed to the exciting, dynamic and challenging world of OD. During the period, the intern will gain real workplace experience covering a wide spectrum of Organisational Development activities within the Human Capital Services department Experience & Qualifications Recently completed National Diploma or Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree in Industrial Psychology / Human Resource with no working experience or a final year who requires an internship as part of their studies. Minimum Requirements • - Currently unemployed • - Matric Certificate • Diploma/Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology • - Exceptionally fast conceptual skills and creative thinker • - Good writing and oral skills in English • - Computer literate in e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint • - Ability to work under pressure • - Attention to detail - Planning and organising skills This position will be filled in accordance with the SABC’s Employment Equity initiatives.
