PSA: My Weight lost journey ... I have lost a total of 29 pounds in increments of 10, 10,& 9 and still have more way more Togo .. I lost my father due to obesity that leads to diabetes, heart congestive failure, which led to kidney failure and his final demise.. So being over weight can kill you.. I choose to live a healthy life and I pray that everyone I know will do the same .. Even if you start off just walking 20 min 3x and graduate to a healthier you! I am going to try new healthier ways of living and eating and will share what I have learned .. Looking good is just the cherry on top!
