PSA: To all my brothers, please get ur yearly physical examination. We have to be here for our families, wives, children, parents and siblings. I know its not comfortable but we gotta do it. Im the 1st to admit I Hate Needles, its a major production when they have to draw blood from me, but hey I do it. This year is a major wake up call for me. This year alone I have seen sooo many friends, associates, who has transitioned on and the scary thing is they were within my age [41] bracket a few years younger or a few years older. Im just saying we dont know they day or the hour which the son shall appear but we need to make sure that our temple is being taken care of. #takinglifemoreseriously
