PSA: dont start with people of color bullshit. This is about anti blackness and BLACK people. White and brown allies we’re here to support. do not speak out of turn, don’t try to steer the protest, don’t speak over the people who are at greatest risk of being shot by cops, don’t voice you opinions unless asked directly. cooperate with protest organizers, don’t lecture people, don’t try to wrestle your way into leadership positions. stay in your lane. No matter what happens tonight do not forget mike brown… never forget mike brown… and don’t forget the people who fought for 108 days to make sure the world knew the cold injustice that happened in ferguson. and don’t forget the other black men and women who face police brutality everyday and never see justice.
