PSAT – Wednesday, October 15th This test is very beneficial to students since it will prepare them for the SAT and can qualify them for the National Merit Scholarship. Students may take the test as early as the 9th grade; however, only the score from a student’s 11th grade year will be considered for the National Merit Scholars program. This test will be given to 9th – 11th grade students in the Multi-Purpose Building. The PSAT includes 3 subject areas: Reading, Writing, and Math. The PSAT Student Score Report will give parents and students valuable information on a future SAT score and college and career planning. Students interested in taking the PSAT must register in the HS counseling office with Ms. Rainwater or in W-25 with Adria Wood. 9th Grade Students can sign up with Ms. Blum in the Principal’s office. The cost is $14 payable to Bixby Schools between the dates of September 8th – September 19th. Late registration is not available so sign up soon.
