#PSFRant First off, I did not come from a high school with high-end facilities, so I wasnt really expecting that much from PATTS either at first. But personally, I think PATTS has some issues regarding its facilities and environment. The heat due to the lack of air conditioning is one. This, however, can just be shrugged off had the classrooms been a conducive setting for learning, which is another thing that is lacking. The classrooms are too crowded. Frankly, they are small enough to accommodate a maximum of 45 students per class. Also, the long tables only make moving around even more difficult than it already is. For this, I think individual desks would be more appropriate. There are no lockers. Considering that a lot of students take drawing classes, which require them to have and to carry around drawing boards, tracing tubes, etc. (not to mention the books that you have to bring to school on a daily basis), a storage place is a necessity. Imagine how much more comfortable and hassle-free our lives would be without having to carry around these things the entire day. The comfort rooms arent quite comfortable. The urinals do not even have anything to separate each one. No wonder why no one barely even uses them. The cubicles have very small doors, if you can even call them that. Parang nakakahiya pa nga kung isasara mo pa eh. There are no hand soaps (at least for those times that I tried using them). And the whole restroom almost looks like a public toilet that only gets to be cleaned once a month. I guess this is what it takes to get quality aviation education. And please, huwag niyo akong sabihan na itoy dahil bago lang ako dito at masasanay din ako. I do not wish to hate. Its just that we cannot hope to have change if we do not work for it. PATTS, you can do better than this. wala akong maisip BS AMT - 2014
