Bachelor degree (Law, Civil (Real Estate), Architect, Marketing). • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. • Full-Time position(s) available. • Age max. 35 years old. • Having experience in finding new locations for new stores ( ritail business). • Understanding in leasing agreement. • Negotiating with Landlord (s). • Location Feasibility Study for outlet expansion – Study of the flow of traffic for the area, calculation of Return of Investment and Break even Sales. • Rental Negotiation – To study the market rental price for the proposed area and to negotiate the best possible rate. • Used to with long hours working time/ weekend days/ public holidays if needed. • Computer literate and excellent skill in Microsoft Office. • Excellent in English (both oral and written). • Good in analyzing, negotiating and having sense of responsibility. • Able to work in team.
