Our concessions area in Samarinda and Kutai Kertanegara (East Kalimantan). We are seeking for qualified and highly motivated candidates from multiple disciplines to join into experienced team in a fast paced environment. Long Term Plan Engineer (Code: LTPE) Main Accountabilities; • Create project estimation base on parameter life of mine project (commercial aspect) • Updating project estimation based on current situation • Create production plan schedule for long term & mid term • Monitoring & implementation of project find out plan and actual • Become part of the task in projects to study engineering and mine planning purposes • Makes mine development planning strategies such as mine infrastructure needs, requirements and other marketing Requirements; • Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree in Mining/Geology Engineering • Having minimum 4-5 years experience as mine planner (open cut coal mining) • Having experience in pit operations is preferable • Having experience to operate mining software (Minescape ,Xpac and Minex) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure • Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually Mine Engineer (Code: ME) Main Accountabilities; • Creating a conceptual pit design and detail using the initial criteria and decisions based on the most recent data in the field. • Counting coal reserves until the end of mine life • Makes mine planning medium to long term (including production scheduling, tool) based on short-term planning as the basis for updating the current condition. • Mengevaluasi perlengkapan dan software perencanaan tambang untuk meningkatkan dan mengefisiensikan proses perencanaan. • Saving files and record details of the data used in mine planning •Preparing engineering data for the benefit of various reports required Requirements; • Creating long-term mine planning to mine closure plan and can be applied in the field • Cooperating with Geology section to ensure all of the data used to calculate and increase reserves and resources of coal mine planning is the same data, the latest and validated. • Makes mine optimization, production schedule and schedule tailored to the dumping of coal sales targets (both quantity and quality) both internal company and government • Develop and maintain all mine planning parameters for all areas are the same or if there is a difference between the recorded area • Applying the rules of safety and mine planning in the manufacturing environment resulting • Developing a mine engineer to be able to work well, especially in terms of the ability to use software • Become an administrator for the maintenance and development of mining software Requirements; • Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering • Having minimum 7 years experience in most aspects of open cut coal mining and processing (1 year experiance in mining operations is preferable) • Having experience as Long Term Mine Plan (LOM and Mine Optimisation job activities) • Having experience to operate mining software (Minescape ,Xpac and Minex) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure • Having a good leaderships • Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction. • Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually Coal Processing & Quality Control Supervisor (Code: CPQCS) Main Accountabilities; • Create integrated planning of coal processing and barging align with market demand and production plan • Coordination with Production Control team about production plan • Planning control of coal quality in port and while transshipment • Coal quality forecasting, coal processing and coal barging • Supervise the contractor performance and subordinate • Evaluating of all activities in stockpile and port area periodically • Supervise implementation of company policy about Health, Safety and Environment in stockpile and port area • Compliance Reporting to Port Superintendent on scheduled Requirements;
