PT this morning was circuit training. We did the following stations for 3 minutes apiece (1 round) with a 30-second break in between: Kettlebell Swings Kettlebell Relay Jump Rope Burpees Diamond Situps Medicine Ball Wall Tosses (Squat w/Medicine Ball, throw it as high as possible off wall, catch then squat. Think shooting basketball free throws with two hands and a medicine ball) Hand Release Pushups Step-Ups Medicine Ball Slams Because we did so much this morning, I only did one round of 55 pushups, 55 situps, 45 squats tonight followed by 3.12 miles in 32:19 (10:22 pace, which is super pokey but my pace was consistent throughout and it was 91 feeling like 94 outside when I ran). Totals for the month are 27.92 miles, 340 pushups, 340 situps and 270 squats. At this rate, it looks like its going to be another good month....
