PTC isnt just for strong people... its for anyone wanting to get strong and more importantly, create a better version of themselves. 3 months ago, a kid came to me, his name is Dylan. 16 years old, tall skinny, never touched a weight and barely played any sport. His dad Stu trains at PTC, in between his busy schedule. Stu brought Dylan in and said get him strong. I dont think Dylan realised what he was being thrown in to and his dad said he had trouble sticking and committing to any sport or hobby - he gets bored. When he came in, he had movement issues and was hyper-mobile, which brought about stability issues. He has trained twice a week with us under our 1-1 coaching and Dylan has gone from struggling to perform simple movements, to squatting 90kg, benching 47.5kg and deadlifting 90kg. Now, that may not seem a lot for some, but thats after just 3 months of training twice a week, from nothing. Thats a great effort. In another 9 months it will be interesting to see how far Dylan goes. As you can see, we dont care how strong physically you are, just mentally. If you are prepared to stick to the training consistently and with heart then come in and see us, we promise you it will be the best decision you have made. 2015 is around the corner and while new years resolutions are a little naff... Think about it.
