PTP TMPI Job Posting: Position Title: Product Specialist (for ZAMBALES and ILOCOS NORTE) General Functions: Ensures that all assigned KPIs are consistently achieved (monthly, quarterly and cumulatively) Maintains cordial and good business relationship at all times with all listed Healthcare Professionals Specific Responsibilities: Conducts regular visits to all assigned HCP selections in the territory Disseminates accurate and factual information among HCPs Maintains complete record of all activities as mandated by NPI Achieves a score of at least 95% on technical and milk code compliance audit (2 oral and 1 written) Adhere to the Milk Code at all times Coordinate activities with Area Supervisor and Medical Delegate counterpart. Submit all Reportorial Requirements based on agreed deadlines Qualifications: • Graduate of any four (4) year course • Preferably with at least 2 years detailing experience • Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Pilipino) • Computer literate, familiar MS office applications • Good communication skills The undersign appreciates referrals.
