Job Description: Handles inbound calls through established queue procedures Escalates customer issues to appropriate persons when necessary Responds to product information, pricing and sales inquiries Participates in assigned training, lectures and presentations Participates in the execution (either pilot or full roll-out) of new programs when necessary Performs other duties as assigned Proactively utilizing the phone and client tools to identify qualified potential leads Utilizes effectively both Customer Routing matrix and Escalation Matrix on a global level Qualify both inbound and outbound inquiries per customer guidelines Qualifications Candidate MUST have completed at least 2 years of Tertiary Education or at least a Vocational Diploma / Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
