PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: Lets enlighten those who may not be aware Tis the season for all stores, traffic and restaurants are extremely crowded. Im trying really hard to spread the CHRISTmas cheer. (Its actually very fun!) I hold the door, smile, make small talk, help someone pick up a dropped item etc. etc. etc. Hold off on the Ole pat on the back that you may feel Im due.... I blew it tonight. Mama son date night was excellent until the last run through TJ Maxx. So, If YOU are a self centered, lacking etiquette redneck, ghetto hood, old whitey tighty, blue hair granny panty, punk teenager or just a plain out scrooge who dislikes the Holidays and you have the mind set of oh she better not bump into me, stay your party poopin arss at home. The stores are crowded, yes I say excuse me, YES I SAID IT TO TO YOU, yes I took my son out because I didnt want to pawn him off on someone again. Im sorry his back pack bumped into you. Had you not been on the phone you would have heard my excuse me. Never the less had that happened to me I would have looked up smiled and said no problem. God is still working on my heart and you made me feel all the good things Ive done this holiday season just got flushed down the drain. I apologize to the mother and daughter who were extremely close in proximity to the rudeness, I apologize to the workers who awkwardly stood there wondering if their store was about to be on the news and I apologize to my son for not setting a better example. At some point you just say NO MORE. NO more being disrespected because one of the said above feel they can say whatever to whom ever. SURE YOU CAN, but not everyone will always be punked down. Maybe I failed a test....
