PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE DUNDEE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION Please take notice that the Dundee Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Council chambers located at 350 Monroe Street to consider a special land use request from USA Power Sports for open air business use (outdoor display) at 107 Cabela Blvd. USA Power Sports is requesting a special land use approval to allow the display of street bikes, all-terrain vehicles, utility vehicles, and golf carts at 107 Cabela Blvd. The B-2 General Business District requires special land use approval for all accessory open-air-businesses. The purpose of this public hearing will be to receive public input on the special land use request. This notice will be mailed to all real property owners within 300 feet of the applicant property. All related documents can be reviewed at the Village Hall located at 350 W. Monroe St. Dundee MI 48131 during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Written comments can be addressed to Village Manager Julius Suchy at the address listed above.
