PUBLIC NOTICE: The City of Cadillac’s Code of Ethics Board (consisting of the City Manager, Director of Human Resources and the City Attorney pursuant to Section 2-391 of the Code of Ethics contained in the City Code of the City of Cadillac) will hold a special meeting on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at City Hall, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, MI, 49601. The purpose of the special meeting will be to discuss a complaint that alleges a violation of the Code of Ethics by an employee. The Code of Ethics Board may also determine whether a violation of the Code of Ethics has occurred. This notice is posted in compliance with 1976 PA 267 as amended (Open Meetings Act), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
