He was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility pending an arraignment in St. Lawrence County Court. PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Travis N. Mossow, 37, of 56 Highland Road, Massena, with petit larceny at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday following a shoplifting complaint at Walmart. He reportedly walked past the last point of sale without paying for $290.95 worth of merchandise. PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police a 14-year-old juvenile with petit larceny at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday on East Orvis Street. His case was turned over to the probation department to determine if he will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court. FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Tyler M. Bradford, 18, of 62 Stoughton St., Massena, with following too closely at 7:34 a.m. Thursday following a property damage accident on Alcoa Road at state Route 37. He collided with a vehicle being operated by Ronald Martin of Waddington. AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged David W. Chambers, 46, of North Lawrence with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed for failure to signal at 9 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street. INADEQUATE HEAD LAMPS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Gage M. Landon, 18, of Perkins Road, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate head lamps at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Maple Street. UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Sara J. Boyea, 26, of Parker Avenue, Massena, for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 2:07 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Maple Street. SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Courtney R. Baxter, 20, of Highland Road, Massena, for speed in zone at 9:19 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on East Hatfield Street. SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Matthew A. Martin, 42, of County Route 36, Norfolk, for speed in zone at 4:18 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on the South Raquette River Road.
