PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Saturday night I was in soulard for a work Christmas party, when I got back to my car at about 10:30 or 11:00, I UNLOCKED my door to find that my glove box and center counsel had been ransacked. Everything was torn out and all over my passenger seat. This was quite the scary feeling. No broken windows, and my car door was locked!!!! I was so confused. How did they get into my car. Luckily, I dont leave valuables in my car and all the thief got was an old camera. I was starting to think this SILLY girl left her car unlocked in the middle of the city. I received a call from my mom this am who told me to check under my door handle for a hole (this happened to a girl at her work) I took a look and there it was! A WHOLE DRILLED INTO MY CAR UNDER MY DOOR LOCK. So this silly girl did not leave her door unlocked. So nice of the thief to re-lock my door for me. I guess either my alarm didnt go off or they were able to push the unlock button inside and it turned off? I dont know how those things work.
