PUBLIC STATEMENT ABOUT COPY CAT GROUPS. (concerning our Group, Recycle Malta) We are aware of copy cat groups using our same name here on Facebook. It may be a free world but it is unethical behaviour as far as I am concerned personally. You may not be breaking any law or FB regulation but that does not make that behaviour right and can cause confusion to members. The reason for my post is to clarify to this group that this is the original group, Recycle Malta, created by myself, Maroushka Zammit on 7 May 2012. A list of admins can be found in any group by clicking the members list, if you are not sure where you are. I also wish to state that I am not affiliated with any other group or project by the same name or similar. I cannot vouch for the intentions of the admins of these groups and it has been noted that some are ex members of this site and with reason. What you are looking at is groups populated by ex members, so you are likely to be dealing with people we have banned to keep our concept intact. Please judge for yourselves and please remember we are here to make a difference for good and that ethics is important to us here. We may be free to do what we like but everything in life comes at a price and nothing is really free. It took time to build up this concept and we appreciate those who get it and use this site well. We carry on regardless, focus on the good and we hope that members take the time to realise where they are posting and what we are about. Thanks and good day to all.
