PUPDATE on SIERRA...It looks like she was the perfect fit for adopters Susan & Brian and the C -A- T who resides there as well. We can ONLY guess at the degree of prey drive when trying to combine with a feline but SIERRA is Sooooooooooooooooo low key, good results are looking better and better. Photo 2: Her 1st day at doggie day care and NON reactive to the little doggies. Some comments from her new Mom & Dad... Was home with Sierra most of the day today and she did great! We took her on a nice walk this morning and then again this evening. So, she’s definitely getting in her walks and seems to love them! Left her in the house for 2-3 hours today (had to run out for an appt.) and she did great; just sequestered her out of the living/dining room areas and of course, the workroom that the cat was in. Had a little potty accident, but that’s to be expected. She saw the cat tonight (sure that she’s been smelling her) and no aggression whatsoever. Also, when we walked her, she saw the neighbor’s cat and much the same. Nonetheless, taking it slow, but I think it will all work out fine. All told, she’s doing remarkably well and think she’ll be a great addition to our pack. Was a little nervous wondering how Sierra would do for a first visit to Pasadena Pet. Fit right in immediately! Seems to love it!
