PURCHASING/SHIPPING TEMP (9am-3pm!!!) – Moorebank Our client is a growing, international healthcare company. They pride themselves on offering quality products and professional, exceptional customer service. Due to continual growth an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, switched on Purchasing professional to join their team. Key Responsibilities: - Reports - Send Purchase orders to suppliers - Check Sales confirmations - Update delivery dates in Pronto - Follow up outstanding orders - Assist with shipment creations and electronic filing of shipment documentation - Assist with Good Receipt Process - Follow up missing paperwork for Accounts - Air Freight quotes - Assist with Export shipments - General admin tasks To be successful you must possess the following: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Minimum of 1 year experience in a Purchasing or Shipping role - Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills - Understanding of operations processes - High attention to detail - Knowledge of PRONTO ERP system is essential This role is available for an immediate start. The position is temporary until the end of September. The hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am-3:00pm. There may be extended opportunities for the right person.
