PUSHTI MARG 1. Pushti Marg means the path of grace. 2. Pushti Marg means the path of attaining God through grace. 3. The foundation of Pushti Marg is Hari-Guru-Vaishnav. 4. Pushti Marg is the path of love, seva and remembrance. 5. Pushti Marg is experienced when one has dinta i.e. humbleness. 6. Pusti Marg is the path of pure Prem-Lakshana-Bhakti, i.e. Bhakti manifested with supreme Love. 7. God manifested Pusti Marg to have His seva performed by pusti souls. 8. The four human attainments sanctioned in the scriptures are - Dharm, Arth, (wealth), Kama (desire) and Moksh (liberation). In Pusti Marg Dharm is service of God, Wealth is God himself. Desire is the craving for His glimpses and Liberation is always to remain in the presence of God. Seva (service) and remembrance are the sacred duties of all devotees in Pusti Marg. 9. When seva and remembrance are done lovingly with selfless humbleness, God pleases and bestows His grace. 10. One should always see the divinity in all vaishnavs and maintain relations lovingly with humbleness. 11. One should always see only the good qualities in a vaishnav, without giving any attention to their faults and should never critize them. 12. One should consider Shri Mahaprabhuji and Shri Thakurji (God) to be one and the same, and should not differentiate between them. 13. The descendents of Shri Mahaprabhuji are all divine manifestations; hence they should be regarded as Guru. 14. One is initiated and accepted into Pusti Marg only by these descendents as Gurus. 15. Surrender exclusively to Pushti Prabhu (God, the supreme one) and refrain from seeking aashray (shelter) anywhere else. 16. Brahm Sambandh is an initiation to re-establish our relationship with Prabhu (God) from whom we are seperated, as a humble servant. 17. We surrender to God our egos and attachments, through this initiation. 18. By surrendering our selves, we get freed from egos and worldly attachments. 19. Satsang is the compulsory duty of pusti souls. 20. Through satsang, our bhava (divine sentiments) becomes enriched and steadfast. 21. One should never lose faith in Prabhu (God). 22. Both, in happiness as well as in distressful adversities, one should keep full faith in Prabhu. Through steadfast faith (ananya aashray), our exclusive aashray in Pushti Prabhu is perfected. 23. Through seva, performed with total love, an unwavering and abiding attachment for Thakurji develops. This divine attachment purifies and sanctifies the heart which becomes increasingly sensitive to sublime sentiments. This state is called Vyasan, i.e. addiction and by it, viprayog state (craving for God) is perfected when one experiences Prabhus lila in the inner heart. 24. In taking Braham Sambandh initiation, pushti souls dedicate every thing belowing to him including heart, mind, speech and action to Prabhu and then by utilizing all of these in seva,surender is perfected. 25. The sacred duties of seva,satsang and remembrance are the most crucial of all duties. 26. The only desire should be for the deepening of bhava and devotion. 27. As long as there is egotism, the qualities of becoming a true vaishnav will remain at a distant. 28. The heart, mind, speech and action should be pervaded with dinta (humbleness). 29. Every thing that is attained in Pushti Marg is comes through His grace. There is no other means. 30. To become beloved to Prabhu, one should abandon useless intellectual disputes and also Worldly pleasures. 31.We do not live to eat but we eat to live a healthy life of devotion. Food nourishes the body. Devotion nourishes the heart. 32. One should never see worldliness in the divine realm. 33. One should see divinity in all animate and inanimate things. Through this, all relations will become pervaded with divine sentiments. 34. One should engage oneself in satsang daily because in satsang, ones bhava is nourished. 35. Never speak in such a way so as to cause enmity and never eat any thing that will cause illness. 36. Ashtakshar mantra Shri Krishna Sharanam Mama is a divine mantra, which bestows all divine attainments. Hence it should be repeated unceasingly. 37. Repetition of mantra, recitation and remembrance are all Prabhus name seva. 38. Only one who has control over the heart and mind can be considered victorious. Only when there is control over the heart and mind, there can be firm faith in Prabhu. 39. When an individual experiences Prabhu at the atman level, his deepest feelings of Love will remain in Prabhu automatically. 40. Duties prescribed according to caste and stage of life should be fulfilled in the total extent to ones capacity, It should never be to any lesser degree and should be fulfilled during ones entire life. 41. One should abstain from any activity which transgraces scriptural laws. 42. In Satyuga, the fruits obtained from a year of duties performed require only a month in tretayuga. In dwaparyuga those same fruits come in a day and in kaliyuga it takes only a second. 43. Pleasures of the senses ultimately cause suffering in the realm beyond mundane existence. 44. Whenever there is arrogance due to wealth there will automatically be aggressiveness. 45. One who sees faults in God, even if he is staunch devotee, can not experience Thakurjis lila. 46. Steadfast knowledge of Prabhus divine powers and reserving ones deepest feelings of love for Prabhu alone is called devotion. 47. Just as love for God brings liberation, so satsang leads to liberation. 48. Knowledge and Vivek, i.e. true discrimination are ones true eyes. Without them, in spite of having a human body, one is blind. 49. It should be understood that the innate state of Anand (bliss) is awakened through satsang. 50. One who has a perpetual intense desire for glimpses of God will pass through all of lifes tests. 51. Prabhu resides eternally in the pure hearts of His devotees.
