PUTIN ASKS USA TO DISCONTINUE ENCIRCLEMENT, CONTAINMENT, and COUP SUPPORT ON RUSSIAN BORDER STATES, and RECONSIDER SUPPORTING ELITE 1%, and US as ONLY WORLD POWER. USA, NOT guided by international law, but by the rule of the gun. They are blinded by feelings of exceptionalism, that they decide the destinies of the world, that only they can ever be right.
