Packing up my home has revealed some serious hoarding issues I never knew I had. Ive come across no less than 14 pie pans. (I only make 1 kind of pie. Heres my recipe: open box, serve.) I also have 3 candy thermometers, 4 gravy boats, 20 ramekins, and enough fancy serving dishes to host the next inauguration dinner. And, in case youre interested, here are some freebies to anyone crazy enough to want them: 1. The worlds ugliest thanksgiving platter. 2. A very tacky 3 piece Christmas tray set (plastic, of course, just to add insult to injury). 3. A horrible duck napkin holder with a matching salt and pepper shaker (because whats better than ugly than an entire set of ugly!) 4. A tapestry so hideous it will make your eyeballs bleed. I found all these gems in the very top cupboards in my butlers pantry and I dont even know where they came from. I think they were placed there by some How Not To Decorate guru just to get them out of their own house.
