To further the Milliner’s, Baker’s and Patisser’s Arts, Maestra Constanzia de Moralez y Zamora, Meesteress Heilwich Gheerts and I would invite you all to celebrate La Fiesta San Felipe el Apóstol this coming Passiontide at the Rowany Festival, being in the Hills around Okewaite’s Cantonment. Though the Feast of Saint Philip the Apostle be in May, we would venerate his Patronage of the aforementioned Arts upon the Market Day of Rowany Festival, being the Feast of Saint Isidore of Seville; as such, Students, Pupils and Scholars are especially enjoined to apply their Diligence, Industry and Artistry to broaden the use of Hats, Veils, Barrets and Sundry Other Head Coverings in Lochac and throughout the Known World. We ask that those who participate bring some manner of Baked Pastry, Biskit, Cake, Loaf or Other Such, that we might subdue our Physical Hunger while Fine Conversation slakes our Thirst for Knowledge. Such was offered in Court this Day, being the Feast of Saint Brendan the Irish in AS 49, being the Eleventh Day of January in the Two Thousand and Fifteenth Year of the Common Era, to Khaghan Kinggiyaddai and Yeke-Khatun Altani of Lochac. Finding such Sentiments pleasing to Their Majesties, and after gaining Their Gracious Consent, I have caused this to be published so that All may know of the Fete to be observed this coming Rowany Festival. Should any Citizen, Subject or Villein be in need of further details, including as to how they might contribute to such a Fiesta from afar, they have merely to contact any of the three aforementioned Peers. I myself can be addressed via any Herald, Pursuivant or Macer of good standing in any Kingdom of the Known World; they would know through what Arcane Methods I might be sought, including and up to writing to Donmhall Crux Australis Principal Herald; tell them to ask for Paddy from Lochac.
