Strand Nurses Bureau, part of Advantage Healthcare Group, is currently recruiting for a Lead Paediatric Nurse to manage the clinical care of our 4 year old client who lives with his parents, brother and sister in the family home in Edgware. Our client has complex needs that require a high level of care and support. We require a Lead Paediatric Nurse to support our Healthcare Assistants who are currently providing a high standard of care, as well as support to his family. Duties will include; Epilepsy management PEG, feeding and medication Suctioning – oral Medication management We are looking for an Lead Paediatric Nurse with experience of supporting children with complex care requirements. Shift times are days and night duties and the allocation of staff is prepared in advance. We are looking for a Paediatric Nurse who can commit to this client long term to ensure continuity of care. You will have a valid NMC PIN and ideally to have access to your own car. Clinical references will also be required to show your skills and experience.
