Online applications are invited from Indian Citizens for the post of Tutor/Clinical Instructor (Nursing) for a period of Twelve months (12 months) on the terms and conditions as mentioned in annexure ‘A’. Nursing degree from an Indian Nursing council recognized Institution. · Should be a registered Nurse and Midwife (RNRM) from Nursing council. Experience: · Three years’ teaching experience in Nursing Institute Desirable: · M.Sc. Nursing / Master of Nursing degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institution. · Ability to use computers – hands on experience in office application, spread sheet and presentations. 15 (UR-7) (OBC-4) (SC-3) (ST-1) *The number of Post(s) is tentative and liable to change, based on the Institute’s requirements. ** Reservation policy as per Government of India rules. Candidates can apply online only for these posts in the prescribed format available on AIIMS, Jodhpur website:- aiimsjodhpur.edu.in w.e.f. 16.10.2014, as per the terms & conditions mentioned in therein. UPPER AGE LIMIT AS ON (15.11.2014): a) For eligibility to apply for these posts, upper age limit as on 15.11.2014 will be 50 years. This is relaxable for SC/ST candidate up to a maximum period of five (5) years, for OBC candidates up to a maximum period of three (3) years. In case of Orthopaedic Physical Handicapped (OPH) candidates, age relaxation upto a maximum period of five (5) years for General Category, eight (8) years for OBC category and ten (10) years for SC/ST category candidates. 3. The Orthopaedic Physical Handicapped (OPH) certificate should be issued by a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board of the State or Central Govt. Hospitals/Institutions. 4. All candidates, who want to get benefit of reservation/age relaxation/ exemption of fee, should enclose a copy of certificate issued by competent authority in support of their claim for reservation exemption of fee and relaxation of age. 5. Candidates working in Govt. / Semi-Govt., PSU should apply through proper channel only. 6. The candidates will not be permitted for examination / interview if no objection certificate from employer is not produced (In case of Govt. Service). 7. The candidates completing three (3) years teaching experiences on or before 15.11.2014 will be considered eligible for these posts. 8. APPLICATION FEE: a) For OPH Candidate : NIL b) Gen. & OBC Candidates : Rs. 500/- + Transaction charges as applicable. c) SC & ST candidates : Rs. 200/- + Transaction charges as applicable. Note: Payment should be made online only & the application fee once remitted shall not be refunded. 9. PAY: a) Tutor/Clinical Instructor (Nursing): Pay Scale 15600-39100+GP 5400. 10. SELECTION PROCEDURE: a) The Application of Candidates will be accepted online only on or before 15.11.2014 (1700 hrs.) b) The Screening written examination may be conducted depending upon the number of applications received. c) List of Eligible candidates for interview / Written Examination will be uploaded on website aiimsjodhpur.edu.in before 30.11.2014. This appointment will not vest any right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in the institute OR for continued contractual appointment which may be renewed or terminated as decided by the Institute. Remuneration:- The contractual appointment will entitle the contractual appointee to a remuneration as mentioned. Expiry of Appointment: - The Appointment will automatically expire on completion of twelve months (12) until it is renewed with mutual consent for the decided period. The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time by the Institute. The employee can also leave the Institute by giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof. Leave: - The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed by the Institute’s leave rules as amended from time to time. The Competent Authority reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, withdraw the process in full or in part and also the right to reject any or all applications received without assigning any reasons or giving notice etc. The prescribed qualification is minimum requirement and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection. This contractual appointment is whole time and private practice of any kind is prohibited. He/ She will have to work in shifts and can be posted at any place in the Institute. He/ She should also note that he/ she will have to conform to the rules of discipline and conduct as applicable to the Institute employees. No travelling or other allowances will be paid to the candidate coming for Examination/Interview/joining. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the post. If any declaration given or information furnished by the candidate proves to be false or if the candidate is found to have wilfully suppressed any material information, he/she will be liable to be removed from services and such action as the appointing authority may deem fit. The decision of the Competent Authority regarding selection of the candidate will be final and no representations will be entertained in this regard.
