Page 25 of standard on sunday(today) has Mt kenya leaders plotting uhuru succession. The story is so sad where kikuyu mps are so negative on any meru succeeding Uhuru regardless of the support the merus have given them for years..For example kanini kega says that uhurus successor will come from the region but meru should not have an upper hand. It is unfortunate that the same kikuyu mps agree that kiraitu murungi is a strong fighter but dispell the notion that kiraitu should be the person. So our support for them was for nothing in return?
