Pahang reps visit Lynas rare earth plant For the first time, all 42 members of the Pahang state legislative assembly visited the Lynas Corporation Ltd (Lynas) rare earth plant in Gebeng, near Kuantan yesterday. The group led by Pahang Menteri Besar Adnan Yaakob spent about three hours looking around the plant which began operation in November 2012. The state assemblypersons including 12 from the opposition came in two buses, one of them driven by Adnan, the state assemblyperson for Pelangai. Full story: malaysiakini/news/260899
