Pain on the inside of the elbow, especially with gripping and forearm rotation activities like opening jars, turning doorknobs and swinging a golf club? This sounds like medial epicondylitis, aka, golfers elbow. This is a tendon problem that is irritated by actions that flex the wrist and pronate (turn the palm down) the forearm. As with tennis elbow, most with this problem do not play golf. We usually have a Plan A, B and C for this problem, depending on severity of your symptoms and what treatments have already been tried.
