Paleo, Atkins, Fasting... These are temporary fixes to issues that will just come back. Do the work people... Calories in Calories Out. You want muscle, eat more protein and carbohydrates, and less fat for lean growth. You want to lose fat and drop weight dial in your calories for your goals. I just get tired of these fad so called nutrition plans. A real nutrition plan includes whole foods, and proper portions for your weight goals. The more I study, the more I understand.
