Paligoy ligoy pa kayo kaduluhan din naman ibebenta nyo rin yan sa private sector...or even without even going into direct sale, you have sold bits and pieces (and vital at that of the service chain) all in honor of their god PROFIT. Privatization, PPP etc all redounds to the same thing ABANDONMENT OF GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITY TO THE HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE and partnering with the private sector to peg prices and jack up profits. HEALTH IS A BASIC HUMAN RIGHT NOT A COMMODITY FOR PROFIT. REGULATION NOT PRIVATIZATION!
