Pamela R Hilton and I were having dinner at the fair tonight and noticed a family with three good looking guys in their twenties at the next table when people began coming up and asking to have a photo made with one of them. Later as they were getting ready to leave their father sat down at our table. Pam ask if they were his sons and if they were famous. We didnt have a clue. Turns out it was Chris Lane a young country music star (former American Idol contestant) and brothers who are in his band. iamchrislane. Soon his mother joined us commenting about how they couldnt go anywhere without drawing attention. His Dad said last night they were having dinner in a local restaurant and Chris couldnt eat spending two hours with fans. I was very impressed watching how gracefully he handled all of the attention. No, we didnt ask for a photo or autograph or treat them or their parents any differently than we would anyone else we met at the fair. I think they might wish others would do more of the same. Give the guy a break when he is home with his family! They leave tomorrow continuing opening for Florida George Line.
