Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker Chicken Bruschetta Pasta Ingredients: 2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 lb spaghetti 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic 3 cans chicken broth 4-6 fresh basil leaves 1 tablespoon PC Italian seasoning Fresh Parmesan Cheese 4-5 Roma tomatoes Salt Directions: If you have the meat tenderizer, place chicken breasts into a large Ziplock bag and flatten them. This will allow them to cook more quickly and evenly. After flattening, place in the DCB and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning & salt. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly, covered. Chop with salad chopper and remove from baker. Break pasta in half and place in baker. Open chicken broth with can opener and pour over spaghetti. Microwave covered for 16-17 minutes, stirring ½ way through cooking time. Meanwhile – use garlic peeler/ slicer to slice garlic cloves – place in Manual Food Processor with basil and a little oil. Mix together. Slice end of tomatoes with forged knife and wedge with veggie wedger. Add to the MFP. Add salt and pepper. Process until desired consistency. Add chicken to cooked pasta, add bruschetta mixture. Top with parmesan cheese.
