Panasonic Plasma TV with 14 blink error message when turning on the TV. Troubleshooting says that its either the A-board or P-board and you can use a digital multimeter to check the P-board which will tell you if there is an issue. TV is in great shape and has the cables so all you would need to do is replace one of the two boards. I am not handy with that type of stuff, nor do I have the time so I want to get rid of the TV since I have another. Asking $35.00 OBO. TV was $600.00 new!
