Paneer Tikka Biryani Ingredients 1 1/2 cup basmati rice (par boiled) 1 cup ( mix vegetable (cauliflower, potato, green peas, carrot) par boiled 2 big chopped tomatoes 70 gm tomato paste 50 gm paneer (marinate paneer with 1 tbspn curd, 1/2 tspn gram flour, salt, chaat masala keep it aside for some time and shallow fry it) Salt Turmeric powder Coriander powder Red chilli powder Biryani masala 2 bay leaves 1 tspn crushed green chilli and ginger 2 tbspn oil 1 cup grated Cabbage ( fry it till golden brown) Method Take oil in a pan add bay leaves, crushed green chilli and ginger, chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, biryani masala and mix it till oil separates from the gravy. Add par boiled vegetables mix it well and keep aside. Now start layering the biryani.( take a vessel sprinkle few drops of oil in the base add 1 layer of rice then gravy add the fried cabbage continue the same procedure). Now cover the vessel with the lid and keep it on a very low flame for 10 min. Serve the biryani and top it with paneer pieces and fried cabbage. Now ready to serve to Lord Krishna. Hari Bol.
