Paneer Tikka Take half kg of paneer and cut into thick pieces,also take capsicum,tomatotes and onions and cut them into cubes.For marination take Hung curd,ginger garlic paste,kashmiri lal mirch,dhania powder,garam masala powder,ajwain,kala namak,haldi,lemon juice and some salt.Mix them well.Add little sarson oil.For color add little tandoori colour.Marinate all the veggies along with paneer for few hours.You can grill them in a tray or arrange on skewers and grill.Serve with green chutney.Do not over cook as paneer will become dry.
