Panic attacks, anxiety, overwhelming stress! Here is the quickest way to help yourself in a moment of overwhelm and panic! Stress, anxiety and panic attacks are so common, we just dont talk about it because we are afraid of what people will think, how they will react and what might happen. It caused by a number of things. Overworking, sickness, disease, relationships, poor nutrition, stimulants, over thinking, stinking thinking, hormonal imbalances, inadequate sleep and so on. It is imperative to have holistic health plan to improve your WELLBEING. Sleep, nutrition, movement, mindset and lifestyle management, mindfulness and education. Self care. The crazy thing is, all of us experience stress and anxiety to a degree. We tell ourselves terrible stories that make us scared, anxious and fearful. They ruin all our hopes and dreams and make us feel inadequate. The most practical thing we can do when we are in this stressed state is to ask better questions. The most common questions we ask are usually bad ones. Why is this happening to me, what if this happens, I cant, this wont work etc etc etc. The crazy thing is, it isnt even real. Its just a made up story in our heads. What we need to do, to break the habit, is to simply ask! What is my next step right now to help myself. We need to get back on a PRACTICAL level.
