Pantry, fridge, freezer - My Kitchen staples. Ive been meaning to write this post for a very long time and of course in my head I was making it far more complicated than it needed to be. All I needed to do was take photos and, uh, write a list. These are things I ALWAYS have on hand and usually have at least one replacement handy. So here goes.. Oils: Coconut oil Coconut oil spray Avocado oil Macadamia nut oil MCT oil Vinegar/Sauces: Apple Cider Vinegar Coconut Aminos Coconut Vinegar Tamari Tomato paste Passata (not pictured) Baking: Natvia (erythritol/stevia blend) Baking powder Baking soda Arrowroot powder Celtic sea salt Maldonado salt Lots of herbs and spices Great Lakes Gelatin Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate Sugarless Dark Chocolate (stevia sweetened) Sugarless milk chocolate (stevia sweetened) Nori sheets Flours: Psyllium husk powder Coconut flour Boomers Whey Protein Isolate Raw Cacao Powder Blanched almond meal Seeds and Nuts: Sesame seeds Pumpkin seeds Sunflower seeds Chia seeds Brazil nuts Hazelnuts Pecans Lots of different flavoured teas In the fridge: Bannister Downs full cream milk Bannister Downs cream Cream cheese Salted butter Unsalted butter Sour cream Lard/ghee At least 4 cartons of free range eggs In the freezer: Coconut - dessicated Coconut flakes Sweeteners: Yacon Syrup Rice Malt Syrup Vanilla Stevia Plain stevia Made by me, batched and frozen or stored in fridge: Marinara sauce (1 batch/month) Bone broth (1 batch/month) Roasted Garlic (as required, but I bulk buy when Australian garlic is in season) Stevia tea (almost daily) Microwave Muffin Mix (1 batch every month or two) I also always have lemons, cabbage and avocados in the fridge. Plus we have 1/2 an organic cow cut up in the freezer and Ive usually always got a marinated whole chicken and marinated lamb leg in the freezer ready to go. I buy the large ziplock bags and prepare the spice mix as soon as I buy the roasts, put them in the bags, rub the mix in thoroughly and store in the freezer. Hope this helps? If you have any questions please just ask.. Now Im reminded how much Im out of, shopping trip coming up.
