PaparizouForum – International Fans: The New Start Hello and welcome to Paparizou Forum! For those of you who visit us for the first time let us briefly introduce our community to you. Paparizou Forum was founded in August 2006 and has since been the only continuously active online community/fan site revolving around Helena’s international fans from all the over world with a big, creative and pluralistic following. Furthermore Paparizou Forum is the only community where English is the principal language (although over the years Swedish and Spanish language sections have been introduced in our message boards), it’s the community that gathers Helena’s biggest and most generous collectors of all kinds of items and media, the members with the greatest knowledge about Helena and Antique facts and the fans with the most creative and out-of- the-box ideas! So: • Are you someone who has just recently been captivated by Helena’s charisma and wishes to find the best all-around source for the latest and most reliable information on her as well as the latest pictures and videos? • Are you a Swedish fan who has gotten sick and tired of coming across information about Helena in Greek and wishes to follow her Swedish projects with first-hand information in Swedish and English? • Are you a fan who wishes to establish relations with the rest of her international fans from all over the world? • Are you somebody who loves to exchange opinions about all aspects of Helena’s career and would like to feel like a part of a diverse, friendly and tolerant community? • Are you a Helena collector who seeks accurate information about Helena’s and/or Antique’s full discography and media appearences from 1999 all the way to this day? • Are you a thoughtful fan looking for a sophisticated fan site where all opinions are welcomed? • Are you an artistic soul who wants to create artworks inspired by Helena’s music, videos, shows or photoshoots and would like to hear some feedback by some equally artistic people? • Are you a person who gets excited by the announcement of new projects and likes to participate in surprising competitions with exclusive gifts? No matter who you are and what you’re looking for, Paparizou Forum is the place to be! When it comes all you lovely followers and contributors who’ve been with us for many years, this revamped version of our fan site will offer what you’ve always expected from Paparizou Forum and more! In particular our moderation team has grown bigger and stronger than ever with the inclusion of many promising new moderators while the “old gang” is now willing to work harder than ever before and deliver the best possible results and the most exciting projects. Moreover you must have noticed our forum is now accompanied by its own website. This website will feature: - plenty of exclusive and previously unseen content! - the latest news stories about Helena (just click “comment” and you’ll be redirected to the equivalent thread on the forum!) - a list of all the officially announced tour dates and media events -a preview of the greatest Paparizou Forum projects throughout the years! - icons for quick access to the our fan pages on facebook, twitter and pinterest The main purpose of this new website is to do Helena justice! In the absence of an official website for almost 2 years now, and no prospect of a new official website in the future, we decided to create a website that will hopefully attract casual and loyal fans as well as non-fans who are interested in different aspects of her career in one way or another. Another important goal behind the creation of this new website and the forum upgrade is for our fan site to become more aesthetically pleasing and for our community to attract more members thus practically help it flourish and prosper during a time that Helena attempts to reestablish herself in the Swedish music scene and spread her wings in previously unexplored territory!
